All Accessories are Non-Refundable.

Apparel Can Be Returned For Store Credit ONLY.

Returns are only accepted if item/items are returned within 14 days of the date that the item/items were originally shipped out to the customer. Exchanges for store credit are based completely upon the approval of the seller given the condition of the item (must be unworn, in good condition, and still tagged), and the date we receive it back in stock. The customer is responsible for shipping charges related to the return of their item/items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use caution when sending your item back for store credit and use a trackable mailing system. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item and your return for store credit depends on us actually receiving the it.

Markdowns are final sale. Please do not send these items back. They will not be processed for store credit. We are not liable for the pricing of shipping the item back to you.

Returns for Store Credit are comparable to the price that the item was valued at upon purchase. Example: If the customer purchased an item at full price for $40 dollars, then $40 can be used to purchase the same item or any other item. If the new item costs more than the exchanged item then the customer will pay the difference.

Only after receiving your exchange will it be inspected and you will receive an email from us regarding the approval of the exchange along with a gift certificate to be used as a comp for your store credit (Pending Approval or Rejection ).
